This unique class is based on traditional yogic principles of chakras, kundalini and nada(sound). Along with physical movement, breathing exercises and extended sound bath style relaxation, are a variety of techniques for inner listening, directing awareness and benefiting from sound vibration. Students are welcome to join in vocalizing at times, but there will be no pressure to do so. Great benefits come from simply listening as well.
Tuesday morning 11:30-12:30Specifically focused towards a more meditative approach and gentle slow movement. Ideal for people with mobility issues, injuries or anyone looking for a slow paced class.
Wednesday evenings 5:45-6:45 May include more physical dynamic movement, typical of Kundalini yoga, but still accessible to all. Students are always encouraged to do what works for them.
